How We Dispatch
We are a mobile response service. Crews stage from central Long Island and dispatch directly to your property, so there is no office to visit and no waiting room.

Before We Arrive
- Keep everyone out of the affected area, including pets
- Turn off the HVAC system if odor is spreading
- Photograph the area from the doorway if you can do so safely
- Locate your insurance policy number
- Note whether the scene has been formally released

- Open windows to air the property out
- Allow untrained staff into the space

What should I have ready when I call?
The property address, whether the scene has been released, roughly how long the situation has been present and whether you own or manage the property. If you do not know some of these, call anyway.
Is it safe to stay in the property while I wait?
Stay out of the affected area, do not touch or clean anything, keep pets and children away, and do not run the HVAC if odor is spreading. Describe the situation on the phone and we will give you specific guidance.
Do you charge for the assessment?
We discuss your situation by phone at no charge and explain what the work involves. On-site assessment terms are confirmed before we dispatch.
Who can authorize the work?
Usually the property owner, the executor of an estate, or an authorized representative of the managing company. For rentals this is typically the landlord rather than the tenant.
Do you work with insurance carriers directly?
We document the loss thoroughly and can communicate with your adjuster. We will not guarantee that your policy covers the work or promise a reimbursement amount. That determination is your carrier's.
