What we handle

Specialized Cleanup Services Ordinary Cleaners Cannot Take

Each situation carries its own hazards and regulatory requirements. Each has a dedicated page explaining how we approach it.

How a job runs

Our Biohazard Cleanup Process, Start to Finish

Most people calling us have never hired a company like this. Here is the sequence, in order.

Police investigate. The Medical Examiner removes the deceased. Neither one cleans the property. That is the gap we exist to fill.

We Never Enter an Active Scene

If police, detectives or the Medical Examiner are still working, the property is theirs. Call anyway and we will be staged for the moment it clears.

  1. You Call and a Person Picks Up

Tell us what happened and where. You get a realistic arrival window.

  2. On-Site Assessment

We map the full extent, including where fluids traveled below the surface.

  3. Written Scope and Pricing

You approve what we remove, clean and rebuild before work begins.

  4. Containment and Removal

Negative air containment. Contaminated porous materials are cut out and manifested as regulated medical waste.

  5. Decontamination and Odor Treatment

Hospital-grade disinfectants, then odor treatment that neutralizes the source rather than masking it.

  6. Verification Testing

We test treated surfaces before calling an area clean, and hand you the results.

  7. Restoration and Reconstruction

Subfloor, drywall, flooring, trim and paint go back in.

The difference that matters

More Than Cleanup: We Restore the Property

Proper remediation frequently means cutting out flooring and subfloor, opening walls and pulling cabinetry. Done correctly, that leaves a safe, sanitized, half-demolished room.

Most specialty biohazard companies stop there and hand you a list of contractors. You are then managing a second project during the worst week of your life.

We do not stop there. Decontamination, structural repair and reconstruction run under one contract with one project manager.

Cleanup, structural repair and reconstruction under one contract.

Common questions

Crime Scene and Biohazard Cleanup Questions

Who is responsible for cleaning up after a death or violent incident?

The property owner. Police investigate, and the Medical Examiner removes the deceased, but neither cleans nor decontaminates the property. That responsibility returns to the owner as soon as the scene is released.

How fast can you reach my property?

A live dispatcher answers 24 hours a day and crews stage from central Long Island, so most Nassau, Suffolk and NYC addresses are reachable quickly. You will get a realistic arrival window on the call, not a sales promise.

Does homeowners insurance cover biohazard cleanup?

Many policies do, but it depends on your policy language and the circumstances. We document the scope, conditions, materials removed and work performed so your carrier has what it needs. Only your carrier can confirm coverage.

Will the neighbors know what happened?

Not from us. We place no signage at the property, we park considerately, and we do not discuss the job with anyone outside it.

Do you only handle crime scenes?

No. Most of our work involves no crime at all: unattended deaths, medical events, industrial accidents, sewage backups, hoarding conditions and infectious disease decontamination.

Can you repair the damage, or do I need a contractor?

We do both. Remediation often means removing flooring, subfloor, drywall or cabinetry. We rebuild what we remove under the same contract, so you are not left with a decontaminated but torn-open room.
